I have purchased this and two other small items and I wish I had read the reviews first. As stated in reviews customer service is non existent. I ordered two weeks ago and asked for shipping info the following day. Two days later with no response, I attempted to cancel my order as I had gotten the same thing elsewhere. A week after the fact Jason Marsh finally replied to my tracking email. I replied to cancel my order and I received no reply and still haven’t a week later. I’ve sent eight separate emails (1 a day) asking to cancel my order and no response. It’s been 7 days since I received my tracking info and it has not been received by the courier yet either. Overall terrible experience and I’m hoping I get a refund but I don’t expect to receive that nor to receive my package. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!
